"Oh, isn't he a cute little man?" Rhys cooed at the cherub in the pram facing them. Gwen was getting used to how he melted whenever they met an infant in the street, but was not amused when he gave her that pleading look.

"Don't," she said, scowling.

"Can't help it," he sighed. "Those round cheeks..!"

She softened, not for the baby in the pram, but for Rhys's tenderness. "Well, you're better than Myfanwy. Last time she was brooding, she brought home twins."

"Not hers, I take it."

Gwen's eyes twinkled. "Humans. Not easy to explain, let me tell you."

Rhys is lovely in this - and the image of Myfanwy with the twins is so cute. Love the additional piece about the team returning the twins (Ianto is, as ever, brilliant with his fluent Welsh!).

Thank you so much! I'm seeing silly pictures of Myfanwy-as-stork now. *g* I'm sure Rhys wouldn't mind if she brought him something. As long as the fishy smell washed out. :)
