Doctor Who fun: Seven's Bear word cloud

Background: donutsweeper and mad_jaks committed commentfic on the subject of the Seventh Doctor being in denial about having a teddy bear; they let me jump in at the end; (fic posted by donutsweeper here); the idea spawned inspired mad_jaks to create beautiful art, and in the process of doing text, I messed around a bit and ended up with this, inspired by Wordle:
